What steps are involved to book a private transfer?

Get an instant price quotation
1. Enter the starting address. This booking engine is created to book airport transfers. If you wish to book a hotel to hotel transfer please use the contact form and one of our team will assist you further.
2. Here you can enter your destination. Please make sure to type it out and not use the copy/paste function. By typing out your destination the booking engine will start searching for the actual address as you type.
3. Enter passengers and direction. The cars we use can take up to 4 adults with luggage. Please let us know if you need a 1-way transfer only or also the return.
4. Tell us the arrival date and time. When entering the arrival time make sure to enter the actual arrival time. If you want to book a transfer on short notice (less than 24 hours) then please contact our team direct so we can check availability.
5. When you click show rate a price quotation will be shown. If you then click continue you will be taken to the booking form.
Share your travel details
On the second page we will collect your travel details. This will include your contact details, airline and flight number. Here you will also be able to request a baby seat or booster seat (free). You can also add further comments and requests.
Secure payment
After you click that you agree to the terms and conditions you can click on place order and proceed to the secure online credit card payment. You can find the terms and conditions on this page: www.topbali.com/terms/
You will then see a screen where you can enter your credit card details through a secure and encrypted payment link.
Email confirmation and meeting point
After successfully paying for the transfer you will get the following emails:
- An automatic email that confirms your payment (within 5 minutes).
- An automatic email with an overview of what you have requested (within 5 minutes).
- An email from our team to personally acknowledge your booking and confirm the meeting point (within 12 hours).
Bali airport international terminal meeting point
When you land in Bali you will enter the international arrival terminal where you will first process immigration formalities and then collect your luggage. Our driver will then meet you after you exit the international arrival terminal.
Below is a floor map of where our driver will meet you. Our driver will be waiting for you at this meeting point. He will be carrying a signboard with your name and our easy to recognize TOP BALI logo printed on.

Bali airport domestic arrival terminal meeting point
You are already in Indonesia and you are travelling to Bali on a domestic flight. You will arrive at the domestic arrival terminal. You will first collect your luggage and then exit the terminal building. Our driver will meet you after you exit the arrival terminal.
