Private airport transfers

1. Rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiahs (IDR).
2. Rates include taxes, gasoline and parking fees.
3. Toll road is not included and not required (optional at Rp 11,000).
4. Bookings require full pre-payment unless agreed differently.
5. These terms also apply to the private day tours (see below)

Private day tours

1. Terms from private airport transfers also apply to private day tours (see above).
2. Day tours are up to 8 hours. No refund can be offered if the day tour is less than 8 hours.
3. Entrance fees to temples and attractions are extra.
4. All day tours are private and adjustable to wishes of customer.
5. Itinerary may be changed if required by special conditions (road constructions, closed attractions … ).

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation requests can be made by email (driver@topbali.com)
2. Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours in advance of the tour or transfer are non-refundable.
3. Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours in advance of the booking are refundable.
4. A 15% administration fee is charged on refunds for cancellations of 24+ hours in advance.
5. No-show will be charged in full.
